We continue to advance sustainability by integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values in every area of our business. We are putting action behind our commitments by setting targets, measuring our performance, making meaningful progress toward our goals, and reporting with transparency about our efforts.
The outcomes we strive to achieve for transparent, ethical governance are focused across four primary areas.

We build the clean, resilient, and sustainable infrastructure that connects people to the power they need for life. In addition, we are driving toward a goal to reduce our carbon footprint 25% by 2030.

We’re in communities big and small across North America and are invested in their flourishing. We make a big impact and do all we can to deliver a positive one. Partnering with our customers, we improve the communities where we live and work.

We make a place for everyone in our workforce and among our suppliers and partners. Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion leads us to build a company-wide culture where DEI are fundamental values in our everyday business practices.
Environment
We are mindful of the impact our work has on the environment, and we take care to protect it through responsible operations practices as well as proactive efforts to reduce our overall footprint. In the spirit of transparency, we are increasing the avenues through which we publicly disclose our environmental KPIs and are now reporting through S&P and SASB as part of our parent company, Southwest Gas Holdings.
