Linking Safety and Quality frameworks allows NPL Canada to combine our sustainability focused management system elements as one integrated system with the goal of continuously improving the performance of the entire organization using a risk-based methodology. The benefit to our customers is that we can ensure compliance with the requirements of the governing Codes and Standards, including the Technical Standards and Safety Act (O Reg 210/01 Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems), the Canadian Standards Association (CSA Z662 Oil and gas pipeline systems), Ontario Regulation 223/01 (Codes and Standards Adopted by Reference) , the Canadian Electric Code.
